We will not charge an administration fee for amendments to any element of your holiday arrangements due to COVID-19. However, airlines & accommodations may charge fees to alter flight tickets or dates - which we will be obliged to pass on to you.
As far as possible, wewill postpone the due date for the payment of the balance of your holiday cost to enable you to consider your options if your holiday arrangements are affected by the restrictions relating to COVID-19.
All of the accommodations in our collection have implemented COVID-19 protocols to take the necessary measures to comply with the local health and safety requirements and ensure the maximum protection for guests. This also includes our hire car suppliers and airport transfer operators.
In summer 2021 we visited - and will visit again in 2022 - a large selection of our accommodations to gain first-hand experience of the measures put in place in order to ensure the safety and health of our guests. We will contact you as soon as we become aware of any issue that might impact upon your holiday arrangements and, where necessary, work with you to try to find a suitable solution.
